IA and visual brand by Likely Heroes
Following consultation on its growth strategy, Inneall needed an updated brand positioning and website to communicate its focus on the higher education and professional training sector.
Existing messaging covered the company’s IT services in a generalised way – with the aim of appealing to multiple sectors – but this meant Inneall’s specialist experience and solutions for education providers were being overlooked. New business opportunities were being missed.
A series of workshops delivered in collaboration with the IA and design specialist Likely Heroes, enabled Inneall’s growth ambitions, solutions and services to become aligned with the challenges and expectations of education purchasers. We brought the key themes in education management and student experiences to the fore and positioned Inneall as the system integrator focused on transforming processes and amplifying student engagement.
Underneath this positioning we focused on demonstrating Inneall’s credibility, showcasing the team’s experience and the innovative apps and connectors they devised to smooth system integration along the whole student journey. A message house, content strategy framework and templates guided Inneall on how to stay on track with the brand positioning and key messages moving forward.
